When the Elbow Library approached SaskWater seeking funds to acquire new shelving, tables and equipment, we saw this as an opportunity to build connections with a community as a whole. A community that values enhancing literacy and lifelong learning.

SaskWater was able to provide them with the full $2,500 requested, enabling them to continue the good work done in and throughout the community.
