Product Development Specialist, Customer Growth & Engagement, Corporate & Customer Service Division
As the Product Development Specialist, you will evaluate the potential to develop in house services currently utilized by SaskWater including; AMI and the intelligence gathered through data collected, leak detection, air and water drone services, metering and billing, into viable new service offerings.. You will undertake research to understand market opportunities and challenges, industry best practices, new technologies and existing operating practices to formulate new products and services. You will use data and trends to help quantify and qualify new opportunities including pricing, staffing, market development and service level requirements. You will collaborate with Customer Growth and Engagement, Finance, Engineering and Operations to ensure products contribute to company operations and achieve corporate goals. Working in a multi-functional team environment, you will develop business cases and implement marketing plans and strategies to position new products and services to grow new market segments. You will have a clear understanding of the industry and its challenges.

Specialist Engineer
As the Specialist Engineer, you will provide specialized professional engineering advice and support to a broad range of activities related to the work of one or more work units within the Operations & Engineering Division and Customer Growth & Engagement unit. You will undertake moderately complex to very complex projects or assignments and ensure their successful completion. You will lead in the optimization and troubleshooting of water and wastewater infrastructure.
