For SaskWater customer emergencies, please call SaskWater’s 24-hour emergency number:
Our friendly, knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives are the people to call with general questions about your SaskWater invoice, agreement, and amendments or any service interruptions on SaskWater systems.
Your invoice or customer number can be found to the right of the SaskWater logo on your invoice. Have this information handy to ensure they can help you with your specific concerns.
If there’s a rare question they don’t have the answer to, they’re likely to know who does. Give them a call during business hours at SaskWater’s Moose Jaw office location:
8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
Our toll-free number is 1-888-230-1111.
Chances are you’re looking for the utilities department for your municipality, or in the case of smaller communities, the supplier indicated on your invoice. As a largely wholesale water supplier, SaskWater provides water delivery service to municipalities and rural pipeline groups who then manage the distribution and relationship with their residents and customers.
For questions about your service or billing you will need to directly contact the community from which you wish to source water or where you receive your service. A list of municipal utilities departments for several Saskatchewan cities can be found here.
Your Account Manager is your best resource for questions regarding your SaskWater agreement. If you are unsure of who your Account Manager is, you can contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by calling 1-888-230-1111.
The few individual customers we serve are rural land owners who establish a connection to an existing SaskWater system. If you are one of our individual users, or wish to connect to a nearby SaskWater pipeline, our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to answer your questions regarding billing and service. Call our toll-free number at 1-888-230-1111. You may also find useful information here.
