Saskatoon Potable Water Supply System (SAPO-East) Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory

Attention: Saskatoon Potable East Water Supply System Customers (Portion)

SaskWater will be performing a leak repair on its Saskatoon East Potable Pipeline approximately ½ mile south of the Patience lake mine site. The repair work will affect Patience Lake Potash Mine, Highway 394 Water Corporation, and Ken Dyck.

The work will require the water to be shut off at 10:00 a.m. on October 29, 2026, to drain the area so that the repair can take place on October 30, 2026, resulting in a disruption to water service for impacted customers.

At this time, we are not aware of the extent of the work required and the duration of the service interruption.

Leak repair shutdown will occur on

Thursday, October 29

Starting at 10:00 am

The impacted customers should note that the Saskatchewan Water Security Agency (WSA) has issued a Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory (PDWA) as a result of the work.

Once the PDWA has been rescinded, SaskWater will notify its customers at that time.

Any questions regarding this service interruption should be directed to:
