Service Bulletin: PDWA Elbow Potable Water Supply System (Portion) (100 & 200 Block Grey Street Only)

    April 16, 2018

Attention:       Village of Elbow (100 & 200 Block Grey Street Residents Only)

Due to a water main break repair that requires the depressurization of a portion of the V     illage of Elbow’s water distribution system on Grey Street, the Water Security Agency has issued a Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory (PDWA) for the above noted Grey Street residents in Elbow. This PDWA became effective on Sunday April 15th.

As per standard protocol, this PDWA will remain in effect until two consecutive water samples taken 24 hours apart confirm that the quality of the water in the distribution system was not adversely affected by the depressurization.  The Village of Elbow will advise its affected residents when the Water Security Agency has rescinded the PDWA.

Any questions regarding the PDWA can be directed to the Village of Elbow or
