Community Investment

Through its Community Investment program, SaskWater supports Saskatchewan communities by providing sponsorships of cash or in-kind contributions, and donations of cash or promotional items.

SaskWater will consider investing in activities which represent the greatest impact possible - supporting its customers, employees, as well as communities where employees live and work. Priority will be given to activities which demonstrate environmental stewardship and diversity and Aboriginal peoples involvement in business and employment.

Sponsorships: A sponsorship consists of a cash sponsorship or in-kind contribution, given in exchange for an equivalent degree of benefits or recognition.

Donations: Cash donations are considered to be purely philanthropic, where SaskWater expects no significant benefit or recognition in return.

Promotional Items: Promotional item donations are considered to be purely philanthropic, where SaskWater expects no significant benefit or recognition in return.
