Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory (PDWA)

Attention: Village of Meota (Sparrow Development Area Residents Only):
SaskWater has been notified that due to water distribution system depressurization resulting from system expansion work near the 2nd Avenue area of the Sparrow Development subdivision in the Village of Meota, a Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory (PDWA) has been issued effective immediately for 2nd Avenue area residents in the Sparrow Development subdivision that were affected by the depressurization.
The Ministry of Environment has advised that this PDWA will remain in effect until the works have been flushed and the follow-up sampling protocol has been completed confirming that the quality of the water was not adversely affected during the construction work.
