Buffalo Pound Potable Water Supply System (BPPWS)

Attention: Buffalo Pound Potable Water Supply Customers:
SaskWater has been notified that there will be a planned power outage that will affect power to the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant. The outage will result in temporary shutdowns to all SaskWater pipelines supplied by the plant.
The power outage is scheduled for 8:00 am Wednesday, July 4th and SaskPower has advised that they expect it to last approximately 4 hours.
A Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory (PDWA) is not expected to be issued as a result of this temporary shutdown. However, should a PDWA be required, SaskWater will notify its customers at that time.
